Ayman Al-Hazmi is a strategic advisor and business leader with more than 26 years of experience in industrial development, project execution, investment strategy, and building large-scale industrial platforms across multiple sectors. Throughout his career, he has led and contributed to the establishment and development of major industrial projects in energy, petrochemicals, mining, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable energy, and industrial supply chains.

Through Sewar Excellence Consulting, he works closely with investors, government entities, and international partners to transform strategic opportunities into commercially viable and operational industrial ventures. His expertise includes project development, industrial partnerships and JV structuring, localization and local content strategies, operational excellence, technology transfer, and industrial ecosystem development aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Ayman Elhazmi

Lu Lu is an investment professional with experience in venture capital, fund investment, investment banking, and analytics,
focusing on AI, robotics, semiconductors, and energy technologies. She previously served as Business Development Director at
Rawas National Investment Company and Senior Manager of Fund Investment at Ant Group, where she managed fund portfolios,
GP relationships, and global investor engagement.

She worked at Eight Roads, investing in AI, data infrastructure, robotics, and new energy companies across China and the United
States, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, evaluating, and supporting high-growth technology ventures.

Earlier, she was part of Bank of America’s healthcare investment banking team and spent seven years at Nielsen China, rising to
Associate Director and leading analytics and consulting teams focused on digital transformation and business growth.

She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree from Sun Yat-sen University. She is fluent in Mandarin,
English, and Cantonese, with a strong mix of financial, analytical, and cross-border investment experience.
